Our partner the Social Platform has produced new resources to show that investing in high quality health, housing, social, employment and education services and social infrastructures for all is an investment in people and for the future, and not simply a cost.
A ‘myth buster’ presents a number of arguments used against investing in services and shows the facts that debunk them. The myth buster is accompanied by policy recommendations addressed to European institutions on how to challenge such ‘myths’. Also, a collection of cases from Social Platform members illustrates the positive impact that investment in services can have at both economic and social levels. The collection contains a specific section on integrated social and health care services.
