The UK National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme has launched a call for participants for its Towards Collaborative Practice Forum: Social Entrepreneurship, Youth and Vocational Education in Liverpool. The forum, which will take place from 27-30 March 2018 in Liverpool, UK, will be run by the UK Erasmus+ National Agency in cooperation with other SALTO-YOUTH centers and Erasmus+ National Agencies.
Following former conferences in Sweden and Italy, the event seeks to grow and collaborate even further by sharing ideas across the Youth and Vocational Education sectors. The 2018 forum will be the third chapter of the Towards Collaborative Practice European Forum focusing this year on Social Entrepreneurship, Youth & Vocational Education. It will encourage cross-sectoral collaboration and partnership building between Erasmus+ formal and non-formal sectors on everything related to social entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial learning.
The conference will provide Youth and Vocational Education practitioners with the opportunity for networking and sharing ideas, tools, methods, challenges and good practice, especially focusing on using social enterprise as a way to encourage and enable young people to sustain their entrepreneurship life skills.
The Forum will bring together 80+ delegates from across Europe and beyond, experts and industry professionals in Liverpool, from 27 – 30th March 2018, and participation costs will be covered by your Erasmus+ National Agency. Participants are sought from among the following backgrounds: formal education representatives (VET, higher education etc.) employment, entrepreneurship and social innovation support services (Chambers of Commerce, incubators, accelerators, banks, social venture capitalists etc.)
The deadline for applications is 4th December, and can be done online via using the application form.
