The European Commission through its Horizon 2020 programme has supported the BRaVE (Building Resilience Against Violent Extremism and Polarisation) Award – a call for new and innovative grassroots projects that respond to violent extremism and polarisation in Europe. Selected projects will be presented at the BRaVE Fair – the flagship event of the project – and the top three winners will receive an award of 10.000 EUR each.
The jury is led by the European University Institute in Florence and composed by BRaVE project consortium members, Advisory Board members, and relevant stakeholders (local authorities, civil society, educators). They will shortlist the 15 most successful projects that will be invited to the BRaVE Fair on the 18-19 November 2020 in Berlin. During the Fair these 15 projects will present themselves to an international audience and the Jury, which will then announce the three winning projects.
To apply, please fill in the application form and shoot a 2-3 minute video about your project. The deadline for submissions is the 22th of July 2020.
