The European Union Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) is calling for proposals published under “Posting of workers: enhancing administrative cooperation and access to information.” The general aim of this Call for Proposals, the deadline for which is 9th June 2017, is to fund initiatives to enhance the posting of workers in the framework of the transnational provision of services. This call intends to develop initiatives in the field of posting of workers and a decent work agenda, in line with the Posting of Workers Directive.
Specific objectives under the Call for Proposals include:
- Transnational cooperation in the monitoring and application of the Posting of Workers Directive
- Use of IMI (Internal Market Information System) and sharing experiences and best practices
- Increasing accessibility, transparency and quality of the information concerning the terms and conditions of employment within the Directive
- Collection and evaluation of original data, analysis and information specific to the posting process
The types of activities funded in the call include those that develop exchanges or training programmes, developing or upgrading online platforms to collect and disseminate information targeted at workers, and research projects on different aspects of posting workers. As such, the key activity areas should fall under the three broad categories of cooperation, information and knowledge.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the call, applicants must be from an EU Member States, Iceland, Norway, Albania, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia or Turkey. Applicants must also be part of a public authority, international organisations; Non-profit organisations or educational establishment.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 9th June 2017
