Eurodiaconia sent today proposals concerning the Annual Growth Survey 2016 to the European Commission, which notably stress the need to ensure inclusive growth for the social and economic development of the European Union.
In summary, our members want to see less emphasis on social spending as a burden and rather see an emphasis on investing in social policies across the life cycle.
We hope that they can be taken into account in the Annual Growth Survey and the implementation of the European Semester.
