The European Commission has launched a public consultation in the context of the mid-term evaluation of the EU programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI). The consultation seeks not only feedback from stakeholders and participants of EaSI, but from all citizens and organisation concerned. It covers the activities undertaken under its three axes (PROGRESS, EURES, Microfinance and Social Entrepreneurship) during the period 2014 – 2016.
The consultation will contribute to the assessment of the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, and EU added-value of the programme. Thus, Eurodiaconia members have the opportunity to provide input for the future development of the EaSI programme, also regarding its post 2020 design.
