The European Commission has launched multiple Calls for Proposals for 4-Year Framework Partnership Agreements to support European networks as part of the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme (REC). The objective of the REC Programme is to defend the rights and freedoms under EU law, through combating discrimination, racism, xenophobia, homophobia and other forms of intolerance.

This call aims to establish 4-year Framework Partnership Agreements with European networks aiming to promote and protect the rights of the child through training, learning and dissemination activities.

- Call for Proposals: 4-Year Framework Partnership Agreements to support European networks active in the fields covered by the specific objectives Daphne
This call aims to establish 4-year Framework Partnership Agreements with European networks aiming to prevent and combat violence against children and/or women, and to protect victims of such violence.
In the area of violence against women, networks should aim to:
- encourage attitudinal and behavioural changes with regards to harmful practices
- improve the level of perpetrator programmes and support services for female victims of violence
- build the capacity of professionals in contact with victims of all forms of violence against women

This call aims to establish 4-year Framework Partnership Agreements with European networks aiming to promote equality between women and men and to advance gender mainstreaming, and develop policies in this area.
The networks should contribute to one of the following:
- The development, implementation and monitoring of gender equality policies
- Promoting gender mainstreaming in EU and national policies
- Strengthening the capacity of national member organisations by providing advice and information
