Our partner organisation, the Social Platform, has released a compilation of 14 case studies from 12 EU Member States to illustrate what social investment means in practice. The Refugee Mission of the Reformed Church in Hungary, one of our members, is included in the publication as a good example of an integrated approach to services provided to refugees.
Together with the adequacy and sustainability of funding, effective social services also depend on the approach taken in their design and delivery. For this reason, the publication offers several examples of a ‘social investment’ approach to a wide range of services aimed at different target groups.
