CEI Cooperation Fund Call for Proposals 2022
Public and private institutions registered in a CEI Member State, NGOs/CSOs as well as international organisations, are invited to apply to the CEI Cooperation Fund for innovative actions favouring mobility and networking. Proposals need to focus on capacity building by transferring and sharing know-how, in particular from EU CEI Member States to non-EU CEI Member States. The activities can take the form of conferences, seminars, workshops, and training courses. In compliance with the Joint Statement of the CEI Ministers of Foreign Affairs gathered in Sofia on 7 November 2022, a special line of action for Ukraine is set up within this Call for Proposals, aimed at providing support and mitigating the consequences of the current situation. Proposals are to be in line with the CEI Plan of Action 2021-2023 and meet the criteria comprehensively outlined in the Call for Proposals. The overall indicative amount made available under this Call is 360,000 EUR.
The deadline for applications is the 20th of January 2023. For more information, please visit the Central European Initiative’s website.

Climate Cultures Call
In order to be able to effectively counteract climate change, we need to change our mindset. What is needed are holistic approaches that take into account the connection between global warming and social climate – and from this obtain incentives for the urgently needed transformation of our cultural practices and paradigms. Along with the ecological aspects, consequences of the climate crisis such as social upheaval, displacement and migration, and growing nationalism must also be considered. The Allianz Foundation’s Climate Cultures Call supports projects and initiatives that are situated at the intersection between climate and culture, and work toward sustainable solutions for open societies and a healthy and habitable planet. The open call is aimed at actors from the civil society, arts and culture, and environmental protection sectors. We explicitly welcome applications from members of younger generations as well as from people or organizations that work across borders and/or do outreach work with target groups that are especially diverse.
The deadline is the 1st of January 2023. For more information, please visit the Allianz Foundation’s website.
