EEA And NORWAY Grants Calls for Proposals for projects on different topics.
The EEA and Norway Grants are funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
The grants have two goals:
- to contribute to a more equal Europe, both socially and economically
- to strengthen the relations between Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway, and the 15 beneficiary countries in Europe.
The European beneficiary countries are Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.

COUNTRY FOCUS: Lithuania with 4 ongoing calls for proposal.
Some relevant call for proposal is:
LT-HEALTH: Establishment of One Stop Centres for families and children.
The general objective of the Programme is to improve prevention and reduce inequalities in health.
The Programme will provide support for mental health promotion and prevention measures with emphasis on the well-being of children and youth and their families, primarily through strengthening the community-based mental health services (Outcome 1) and improving well-being of children and youth (Outcome 2) by establishing clearly defined, expected results.The Call aims at establishing centres in which social integrated high quality services for children and their families will be provided in order to best respond to the best interests of the child to grow in a safe environment.
The deadline for applications is the 19th of July 2021. Available budget: € 1,700,000.

SK-DOMESTIC: Open Call for Proposals on the Support of Intervention Teams at Local Level on Services for Victims of Domestic and Gender-Based Violence, Including Children (DGV02)
The aim of the Call is the support of existing services for victims of domestic and gender-based violence, including children, and the integration of these services into intervention teams at local level.
The deadline for applications is the 16th of September 2021. Available budget: € 3,329,412.

Interreg Maritime – 5th Call
Interreg Europe helps regional and local governments across Europe to develop and deliver better policy. We create an environment and opportunities for sharing solutions and policy learning. We aim to make sure that government investment, innovation and implementation efforts all lead to integrated and sustainable impact for people and place.
This call for proposals regards the Programme Interreg Maritime, the type of fund is a Structural Fund.
The target countries are Italy and France, in particular the following regions: France Méditerranée Corse, France Méditerranée Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Var, France Méditerranée Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Alpes-Maritimes, Italy / Italia Isole Sardegna, Italy / Italia Nord-Ovest Liguria, Italy / Italia Centro (IT) Toscana Grosseto, Italy / Italia Centro (IT) Toscana Lucca, Italy / Italia Centro (IT) Toscana Livorno, Italy / Italia Centro (IT) Toscana Massa-Carrara, and Italy / Italia Centro (IT) Toscana Pisa.
The thematic focus is on: Competitiveness, SME, Regional Development & Regional Planning, Clustering, Development Cooperation, Economic Cooperation, Art & Culture, Cultural Heritage, History, Media, Justice, Safety & Security, Digitisation, ICT, Telecommunication, Circular Economy, Sustainability, Natural Resources, Employment & Labour Market. The overall objective of this Interreg programme is to contribute to strengthening cross-border cooperation in the Programme area and to make this region a competitive, sustainable and inclusive zone in the European-Mediterranean area. In order to achieve these goals, the Programme focuses on the following Priority Axes (PA):
- PA1 – Promotion of business competitiveness in cross-border priority sectors
- PA2 – Protection and promotion of natural and cultural resources and risk management
- PA3 – Improved connection in the region and the sustainability of port activities
- PA4 – Increased sustainable and qualitative job opportunities and integration of economic activities.
The deadline for applications is the 30th of January 2023. Available budget: 18.8 million €.
