The project “Make Europe Sustainable for All” has opened a new call for project proposals to support to local level civil society groups campaigning on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The eligible applications for local project proposals must be related to 15 specific EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain). The deadline is set for 6 May 2018.
Proposals coming from one of the mentioned countries could be eligible either for a smaller grant of up to €1000 (LOT 1: 3 projects for each of the project countries) or a grant of up to €7000 (LOT 2: 3 projects among all project countries).
The micro-grants are meant to encourage creative activities and actions around the SDGs at the local level, e.g. street actions, workshops, stunts and educational activities to involve local citizens, young people and students, local groups, local policy-makers and many more.
Make Europe Sustainable for All is a 3-year cross-sectoral project run by 25 partners from all over Europe. Its aim is to promote ambitious implementation of the world’s crisis plan – the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals – by and within the EU.
