The highest decision-making body of Eurodiaconia is the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is hosted by alternate member organisations across Europe.
The AGM decides on the strategy and work plan for the coming year which is monitored by the Supervisory Board. Members are elected for 4 years.

Eurodiaconia is a registered AISBL (Association Internationale Sans But Lucratif) in Belgium. Our statutes are available in English and French as well as German. Our internal rules are available in English.
We receive support from the European Union Programme for Employment and Social Innovation “EaSI” (2014-2020). For further information, please consult: http://ec.europa.eu/social/easi.
We receive membership fees, whose system takes into account the economic capacity of each member, as well as solidarity contributions.
Last but not least, since recent years, we receive a grant from the Otto Per Mille Foundation to provide training for members on accessing EU funds.
